摘要

The technique of calculation of volumetric charge electric field intensity distribution, of radiation-induced conductivity current on thickness of dielectric coatings and of their open surfaces potential corrected for the volumetric charge whileelectrons and protons exposure is described. In accordance with the technique the computations of these values for case of two-component maxwellian distribution of charged particles and the optimal thickness of satellite dielectric coatings were done.
