摘要

The basic principles of methodology for analysis of the complex objects (CO) variability and of the technologies in quality control systems and in measurement problems to expose the optimal robust varieties of design and functioning of CO steady to the effects of non-controlled variables are considered. The Taguchi methods of process optimization in Japanese industrial practice by reducing the sensitivity of the process to the sources of variation are discussed. The alternative procedures based on the usage of system approach to analysis of the variability and optimization of CO including the design of measuring instruments and systems are developed.
