Method for wiping out the disbalance in the cost evaluations of the lot of energy carriers, due to the uncertainties in measurement of their parameters by the supplier and the customer

The problem of disbalance in estimation of the cost of the lot of energy carriers due to double measurements of the commercial parameters of the lot by the supplier and the customer is discussed. For the parameters influencing the quantitative estimation of the supplied lot, the procedure is suggested, which is based on the substantiated distribution of the disbalance between the partners and is taking into account the uncertainty characteristics of their meters. For the parameters influencing the estimation of the lot quality the problem of estimation of the measurement control statistical errors during the duplication of measurements is considered.
