Conceptual principles of measurement uniformity assurance and measurements accuracy increasing in the objective photometry at present time

The principles of nowadays objective photometry (measurements of luminous values) are scrutinized. The possible ways and directions for the perfectness of the whole system of luminous measurements uniformity assurance by increasing of measurements accuracy (including technical ones) are analyzed. The four conceptual conclusions establishing the directions of present and perspective metrological investigations in the field of objective photometry are formulated.
