Forum Energy Technologies Inc. (NYSE: FET) announced Feb. 3 that it has acquired J-Mac Tool Inc. (J-Mac). The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. J-Mac, located in Fort Worth, Texas, manufactures high quality hydraulic fracturing pumps, power ends, fluid ends, and other pump accessories. J-Mac also provides repair and refurbishment services for power ends and fluid ends at its main Fort Worth facility and at service centers located in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin.
