Yoho Resources Wraps Up Sale Of Kaybob Duvernay Assets

Yoho Resources Inc. said Dec. 17 it has closed the sale of a portion of its Duvernay assets in Alberta for C$50 million (US$35.7 million) in cash. The buyer wasn’t disclosed. The divested assets, located in the Kaybob area, are predominantly nonoperated and consist of 10,290 net acres with an average working interest of 39%. Average production (net to Yoho) was about 890 barrels of oil equivalent per day for the first nine months of fiscal 2015.
