Lincoln Composites acquired by the Hexagon Composites Group

Hexagon Composites Group has completed the acquisition of the Lincoln Operations Commercial Products business of General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products (GDATP),formerly known as Lincoln Composites.The business will be renamed Lincoln Composites,Inc.and is the manufacturer of the all-composite pressure vessel Tuffshell~(TM),used primarily for commercial markets.The purchase price for the net assets is US us9.4 million.
