A flexible system from CMD converts pre-made medical header bags and shaped pouches in chevron peel pouch configuration on one machine. The Medical Combination Pouch System features proprietary intelligent-sealing technology on longitudinal, platen and cross sealers. It monitors and controls critical sealing parameters of temperature, pressure and seal-time in a closed-loop configuration by a Rexroth controls system.
