French Intensive / Biodynamic, Biointensive or Biodynamic~(R)?--A Profile on John Jeavon's Biointensive Mini-Farming

At the offices of the Bio-Dynamic Association, we get more than a few calls asking us to explain the differences between French Intensive/Biodynamic, Biointensive and Biodynamic methods. I thought it might be helpful to compile some of the literaturefrom John Jeavon's work in Biointensive Mini-Farming to help make distinctions.
