摘要

Herein a novel multifunctional nanoplatform based on Fe3O4@mTiO(2) (m was short for mesoporous) nanoparticles is developed for effective microwave-triggered synergistic cancer therapy. Fe3O4@mTiO(2) nanoparticles employed in the study not only function as microwave absorbing agents but also as nanocarriers with a high drug loading efficiency. Fe3O4 core confers the system biocompatibility and cells targeting ability. Moreover, mTiO(2) shell as drug carriers with a high drug loading efficiency and loading drug can controlled release on the microwave irradiation. By combining these capabilities, the multifunctional nanoparticles show an effective therapeutic efficiency toward the target cells.
