Higher export tax rebate to ease trade war effect in China

The Chinese government announced its intention to raise tax rebate for export on number of products, starting fromNovember 1. It will push up sales to abroad of some steel products. This move aims to support export trade and toease pressure coming from intensifying trade tensions with the US.
