IRC, which develops iron ore mines in the Far East of Russia, significantly improved its operating performance in Q22018 owing to higher capacity utilization, resolved transportation issues and weaker impact of a seasonal factor. Thecompany plans to fully utilize Kimkano-Sutarsky mining and processing plant capacities this year.
