Severstal Vtorchermet leaves scrap business

Severstal Vtorchermet is leaving scrap collection business: the company stops using most of its scrap-collection yards, switching onto the system of long-term contacting. About 28 scrap collection sites will be closed. The needed amounts of the material (70%-80% of the 2014 plan) will be ensured through long-term contacts.
