Competition still tight between regional and CIS billet suppliers in Southeast Asia

Billet prices have not changed much in Southeast Asia over the week. Suppliers hoped for some rebound, but customersmanaged to book semis almost at the same level as before or even with small discounts. Tight competitionbetween CIS producers and exporters from Vietnam and Malaysia was the main reason for prices being stable so far.
