Polls by Bloomberg and Reuters disagree, but the survey of market watchers and participants conducted by S&P Global Platts found that the 12 OPEC countries wim quotas boosted output by 850K b/d from May to Sept. while NOPEC partner Russia added 390K b/d over the same timeframe. At the June meeting of the coalition, it was decided that members would strive for 100% compliance with their production targets, which would add around 1MM b/d to their collective output.
