Russian refineries report progress with projects

On July 23,Gazprom Neft launched the Euro+ complex at its 213K-b/d Moscow refinery.The plant plans to complete its modernization project by 2025,which will reduce fuel-oil production and increase the depth of processing to 99%.Gazprom Neft reported that main equipment for a new diesel hydrotreater and dewaxer unit,which will replace outdated units,has been installed at the 446K-b/d Omsk refinery.The new units are expected to be completed by 2021.
