Honeywell UOP to provide C3 Oleflex tech to Chinese firm

Zhenhua Pettochemical Co.Ltd.will license Honeywell UOP's C3 Oleflex~TM technology for a new propane dehydrogenation(PDPi)unit that will produce l.OMM mt/y of polymer-grade propylene from a proposed plant in Dongying City,Shandong Province,China.This project will be conducted in two phases,and will mark the 42nd and 43rd Licenses of C3 Oleflex in China.Oleflex units around the world currently produce around 7.9MM t/y of propylene.
