It has turned out that Taurus Resources No.2 LLC specializing in the investment in mining companies has proposeda takeover bid (TOB) for Realm Resources Limited, Australia.Taurus Resources has already informed Realm Resources of its intention to purchase shares at a rate of A$0.90per share for the purpose of acquiring the whole shares in this company, for which the top management of RealmResources has asked its own shareholders to take a wait-and-see attitude until it indicates an adequate judgement becauseit considers that the corporate value is not accurately reflected in the share takeover price proposed by TaurusResources.
