WHO's relationship with the Stop TB Partnership

Salmaan Keshavjee and colleagues suggest naively, without providing any tangible evidence, that the Stop TB Partnership has been effectively operating as a subsidiary of WHO's Tuberculosis Department and that most funds have been shifted to WHO rather than external partners. Such a statement unfairly denies the commitment and contributions of the 1500 members of the Partnership.
