Purpose: In a preliminary clinical trial we assessed the efficacy of ejaculatory hood sparing GreenLight (TM) Laser prostate photoselective vaporization to preserve antegrade ejaculation and urodynamic relief of obstruction compared to standard GreenLight prostate photoselective vaporization.
