There are limited reports of laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery (LNSS) in children and none where a 3D model facilitated oncological resection. There are also limited reports discussing the use of cis-retinoic acid in bilateral diffuse hyperplastic perilobar nephrogenic rests (DHPLNR).
