Energy dominance the goal: ACE could replace CPP

It is a new federal EPA when a press release refers ina positive way to U.S. “energy dominance.” And it isa new proposed rule as well – the Affordable CleanEnergy (ACE) Rule having been designed to replace“the prior administration’s overly prescriptive andburdensome Clean Power Plan (CPP).” Surely theacronym is much improved.
