AEP’s Cardinal seeks offers on barged, trucked coal

Cardinal Operating Company, on behalf of AEP Generation Resources, is seeking offers for unspecified volumes of barged and trucked coal for delivery to Cardinal Power Plant Units 1, 2, and 3 for the fourth quarter and up to three years beginning in the first quarter of 2021. Offers are due by 5 p.m. EDT July 13. Delivery is via FOB barge and/or FOB truck to the 1,230-megawatt Cardinal plant in Brilliant, Ohio.
