Based on the Modified Bifunctional Method, a new heterometallic metal organic frameworks (InOF-17) with the coexistence of mononuclear In(CO2)(4) SBUs and trinucleate Zn-3(mu(3)-OH)(CO2)(6) SBUs has been successfully synthesized and structurally characterized. InOF-17 shows a three-dimensional heterometallic microporous framework with interconnected channels assembled by two types of SBUs. In addition, the selective gas separation and the luminescence property of InOF-17 were investigated. (C) 2018 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
