New intrinsically microporous polymeric membrane (PIM) based on spirobisindenic copolymer (SBI) for separation of CO2 / O2 gases, its method of obtaining and applying, being a membrane of intrinsically microporous polymers (PIM) based on molecules containing spirocyclic centers, obtained from of the bisphenol A (BPA) molecule, which is intended primarily for use as a new efficient and low-cost capture technique for CO2 gas generated after combustion, mainly from fossil fuels, especially for gas from internal combustion engines private and transport vehicles and fossil-based power generation plants, such as in thermoelectric plants based on natural gas and coal, and other industrial activities.
