Coal exports from Australia’s metallurgical coal powerhouseregion of North Queensland remained strong in September aftersetting a multi-year high in August, data from the North QueenslandBulk Ports Corporation showed Friday.Exports totalled 13.40 million mt in September, edging lower byjust 40,000 mt from 13.44 million mt shipped in August, which wasthe strongest monthly total since at least the beginning of 2014, thedata showed.
