China Wanhua’s phase 2 project to lift LPG demand

Singapore-China’s state-run Wanhua Chemical is expected to start construction of its phase two petrochemical project in Yantai of eastern Shandong province this year, which will raise the company’s LPG demand by 2.4 million mt/ year once it is completed, Tony Liang, purchas- ing manager of the company, said last week.
