Brazil plans to end 2017 with its most ambitious sale of exploration and production acreage in the promising subsalt frontier, with multiple blocks expected to be put up for bids for the first time, the director-general of the National Petroleum Agency (ANP) said in an interview. Decio Oddone also told S&P Global Platts the 3-6 areas under consideration inside Brazil's so-called subsalt polygon were very attractive.
