Rosneft’s crude output drops in early July on Transneft delivery restrictions

Moscow-Russia’s largest crude producer, Rosneft, said Tuesday that its production has fallen as a result of pipeline operator Transneft reducing volumes of crude accepted from Rosneft into its network. A Rosneft spokesman said that the restrictions have particularly affected its key subsidiary Yuganskneftegaz. The unit accounts for around 30% of Rosneft’s Russian output.
