Crude rallies as Iran gives nod to opeC+ cut extension

New York-A tightening global supply picture pushed crude futures to fresh four-month highs Monday. ICE June Brent settled up $1.43 at $69.01/b and NYMEX May WTI was $1.45 stronger at $61.59/b at market close. Brent and WTI last settled higher in early November. Iranian oil minister Bijan Zanganeh said Monday he believes OPEC will have “no difficulty” in extending its agreement with Russia and other non-OPEC partners in managing the oil market.
