Brussels— The European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) and the European Commission (EC) said they welcome an agreement reached by European Union (EU) institutions on a revamp of the current anti-dumping methodology, which does not conform with existing international procedures (PCN, 21-28 Nov 2016, p 4).
