Taiyo Nippon Sanso to Acquire Linde's U.S. HvCO Business & Related Assets

Bridgewater-Taiyo Nippon Sanso has concluded an agreement with Linde Gas North America (Linde America), a subsidiary of Linde AG, to acquire a portion of Linde America's HyCO (hydrogen and carbon monoxide) business and related assets in the U.S., through Taiyo's wholly-owned Matheson Tri-Gas subsidiary.
