摘要

Artificial visible light (AVL) emitted by the screens of our smartphones, tablets and laptops acts as an additional environmental stress on the skin. For the first time, this screen-emitted AVL has been precisely characterized by Gattefosse, and unique equipment accurately recreating the light emitted by screens has been developed. Results show that exposure to screen light damages the energetic machinery of skin cells and weakens their mobility and communication properties, resulting in an increased cellular fatigue. At the skin surface, the complexion appears faded and lacks vitality.
