Canadian crude oil is posting bargain-basement prices amid persistent pipeline bottlenecks, and there is little relief in sight. Western Canadian Select (WCS) currently trades around $22.80 per barrel, data show, and has completely missed out on the recent rally that sent global benchmark Brent into a new range above $80/bbl. As of Monday morning, WCS traded more than $57 below the global benchmark.
