Rystad: Shale Cash Flows Bolster Global Highs

Global oil companies are seeing the highest levels of cash flow since the late 1970s, thanks in part to large tight oil producers that are generating enviable rates of return, according to research firm Rystad Energy. Rystad expects global oil companies to generate around $590 billion in free cash flow after investments in 2018, which would be the highest in nearly four decades.
