Shippers Delay Buying IMO-Compliant Fuels

There was a lot of talk about chickens and eggs at the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Symposium on IMO 2020 and Alternative Fuels, held at its London headquarters. Nervous shippers complained about the lack of testing around new fuels and frustrated fuel suppliers urged them to get on and try the blends now on sale at most major ports.
