Trinidad and Tobago has confirmed that it is delaying its next deepwater licensing round until March of next year. Stephen Jagdeo, Senior Geophysicist at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Affairs told Oil Daily Friday that the round, originally scheduled for September and then delayed until this month, had been delayed again for several reasons, notably the reprocessing of two sets of 2-D seismic.
