FERC Approves Double E Natural Gas Pipeline in Permian; Glick Continues Climate Objections

FERC Thursday gave the nod to the 1.35 million Dth/d Double E Pipeline LLC project that would transport natural gas pro- duced in the Permian Basin, as part of a series of certifcate decisions handed down during its monthly meeting. The Double E project would ofer frm transportation service from producing areas in the Delaware sub-basin in southeastern New Mexico and West Texas to delivery points near the Waha Hub.
