Ultra-low-sulfur diesel (ULSD) could finally regain some lost ground against crude oil in Northwest Europe this month after Russia released a low-ball export schedule for July. Barely 930,000 metric tons of ULSD will load at Russia’s main Primorsk terminal on the Baltic Sea this month, down 23% from an al- ready-diminished June program, ac- cording to preliminary figures. That is the lowest monthly program since last September and down almost half from February’s 1.74 million ton peak.
