Anti-ageing creams took a mauling on UK television on 12 May.Channel 4's Dispatches aired an investigation into claims made by beauty companies and their counter staff.Dispatches recruited 30 women to blind test six skin care regimes from Olay,L'Oreal Paris,Nivea,Boots No7 and Dior,and benchmarked them against a Simple mois-turiser.The women's skin was assessed before and after four weeks' use by a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon.
