Global asset management company, Brookfield, has pressed pause on its eforts to sell one of the world’s largest coal export terminals, the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) in Queensland. Brookfield advised potential buyers of its position earlier in March, citing the ongoing impact of the coronavirus on travel and volatility in the market, a source close to the sales process confirmed to IHS Markit.
