China: DAP suppliers seek higher prices

Chinese DAP players met during the 2018 China Phosphate Fertilizer & Compound Fertilizer Exhibition in Ningbo November 9-11 and agreed to increase domestic and export prices in the near-term, according to market sources. The suppliers are understood to be raising domestic DAP prices for winter stocking by at least RMB 100/t to around RMB 3,000-3,150/t CPT ($431-452/t) depending on the region. Latest confirmed deals in China were reported at around RMB 2,900/t CPT.
