Sirius enters port agreement for polyhalite project

Sirius Minerals entered into a materials handling agreement with Redcar Bulk Terminal Limited (RBT) to provide port loading services for up to 10 Mt/year polyhalite sourced from its Woodsmith project, the company said July 9. The port facilities in North Yorkshire, UK are capable of handling Capesize vessels although some capital expenditure will be required to secure ship loaders and conveyors, according to the press release.
