US NOLA: Prompt and forward DAP prices fall

DAP prices have begun to decline at New Orleans as time runs out to move product to the upper Mississippi River system. Prompt DAP sales fell as low as $418/st FOB New Orleans after starting the week at $425/st FOB. Pressure came from the seasonal closure of the upper Mississippi River system, as noted. In addition imports are arriving this month from Morocco, Russia and Mexico.
