Suppliers of granular urea into Brazil have increased prices into a $280-285/mt CFR range following the MMTC tender announcement in India and a firmer sentiment in the US, but the revised offers are not attracting buying interest. Importers cite limited demand since requirements for urea for the Safrinha corn crop are almost completely covered basis the reduced corn acreage, as was highlighted in last week's report.
