US Midwest: CF, Koch raise demands for ammonia

Some ammonia suppliers in the Midwest moved up prices February 15-16, although the new quotes vary and further changes are expected, according to regional distributors. CF has offered ammonia in Illinois at $440/st FOB in IL but only have tons to offer from Cowden and Kingston Mines. In Indiana CF is posted at $450/st FOB. No offers are reported from the producer's river positions.
