China: Imports up for November, down 6% Jan-Nov

China's November imports of sulphur increased 3% year on year to 848,397 mt, though the total for the first 11 months of the year was still down 6% at 10.31 million mt. The biggest source of November tonnes was Qatar, which supplied 153,508 mt. The country was also China's main source of sulphur imports over the 10-month period, supplying 2.03 million mt, though this was down 3% year on year. The next-largest sources in November were Saudi Arabia with 112,407 mt and the UAE with 98,440 mt. Other sources of sulphur for November included South Korea (90,087 mt), Iran (80,843mt), Japan (77,140 mt), and Canada (75,005 mt).
