Black Sea: OPZ urea and ammonia set to restart

News on a possible tolling deal with a natural gas supplier to OPZ finally emerged from the producer, but overall urea activity from Yuzhnyy is still subdued. This is also due to regional holidays. OPZ plans to start one ammonia line and both the 350,000 mt/year urea lines January 25 after sealing a deal for supply of natural gas against supply of urea with All Ukrainian Energy LLC. It is unclear how much of the output will be directed for export, if any.
