Suppliers of granular MOP to Brazil continue to target higher spot prices though a seasonal lack of end-user demand remains unsupportive of these attempts, sources report. A distributor in Brazil suggested that sales for December shipment to the country had been made as high as $290/mt CFR though there was a lack of confirmed business at that level at the time of writing.
