Europe: Q4 talks yet to conclude fully

Contracts for supply of liquid sulphur in Europe in the fourth quarter were still not fully concluded, though negotiating parties expected final agreements to be reached within the week. As previously reported, at least two settlements have been confirmed at increase of $8/mt from Q3 by both buyers and sellers. Some buyers were reportedly still holding out for smaller increases.
